Christine Lane - MSW, LCSW
Christine Lane is a licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University. She is the owner of Shore Counseling LLC, founded in 2007.Christine is a practicing psychotherapist with over 17 years of experience and is skilled in cognitive therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), stress management, and crisis intervention. She has extensive experience working with women and young adults who are struggling with codependency, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem with a focus on ‘Mind, Body, and Spirit’. She takes a holistic approach to wellness and mental health.Christine strives to provide a nurturing and supportive environment where you can safely explore areas of your life, overcome struggles, and gain critical insight.Stress and anxiety are at an all-time high with political uncertainty, school violence, and social media. Learn Emotional Freedom Techniques to release negative emotions while developing a healthier self. She also does psychological assessments for candidates considering bariatric surgery.Christine is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Florida.
Charlene DiPeri - MSW, LCSW
Charlene is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from East Stroudsburg University and a Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University. Since 2003, Charlene has maintained an active private practice providing individual counseling, couples therapy, and family therapy to those struggling with anxiety, depression, military trauma, life transitions, domestic violence, disabilities, and LGBTQ/Gender issues.Charlene has also worked for the Coast Guard for over fifteen years, providing psychosocial and domestic violence assessments and therapy. Charlene has also dedicated her time to volunteering as a Crisis Intervention Counselor for Women’s Resources and served as a board member for the Coalition Against Rape and Abuse.Charlene feels it is important to use her skills to help the community. As an active member of the St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, she often follows the Serenity Prayer as a guiding principle in practice: ‘God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.
Van Nhi Ho
With extensive experience counseling adolescents and young adults, Van specializes in interactive and creative therapy techniques that promote personal growth and emotional well-being.Van uses creative approaches to empower her clients to navigate life’s challenges and discover their best selves.Whether you are facing stress or anxiety or just looking to enhance your mental health, she will guide you on your journey to feeling your best. Dr. Nithin Krishna
Dr. Krishna is a board-certified psychiatrist, researcher, and health-tech entrepreneur with expertise in neuroscience and mental health innovation. He is a seasoned physician-researcher in the field of neuroscience, with extensive publications and original scientific findings.Dr. Krishna is a Board-certified psychiatrist, he is also a healthcare entrepreneur, and he served as CEO/CMO of a large mental health platform in Maryland and was responsible for managing clinical operations, executive leadership and expansion. Dr. Krishna also oversaw medical compliance to ensure patients receive the highest standard of medical care. Dr. Krishna also recruited and mentored physicians, physician assistants, therapists & nurse practitioners.In conjunction with these, Dr Krishna was also the Founder of BloominMind HealthTech Inc., a health IT company with a focus on building product solutions and services for behavioral health patients. His research focuses on the areas of chronic psychiatric diseases, psychotic spectrum disorders, suicide and cognition.
Dr. Steven M. Stolar, Ed.D., LPC
A National Board Certified and Licensed Professional Counselor, Dr. Steven M. Stolar is a staff psychotherapist.He is available to adolescents and adults with various health and successful living concerns.Retired emeritus from Rowan College South Jersey, he was a member of the Student Services Division and held several faculty, counselor, advisor, and administrative roles there.A graduate of Stockton University, Loyola University, and Virginia Tech, he was a postdoctoral fellow at Princeton University.
Julianne Valenti – Office Manager
Office Manager Julie Valenti has worked at Shore Counseling for over two years. She provides administrative support to all the psychotherapists and oversees the front office, scheduling appointments, medical delivery, and customer service.Julie graduated from Rowan University with a business degree and has worked in the healthcare and service industry.Julie is happy to assist you with scheduling an appointment or answering your questions.

My name is Dr. Eboni Freeman (DNP, PMHNP, APN) and I am a doctoral prepared, board-certified psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner with fifteen years of experience in psychiatric care. My clinical background spans diverse settings such asinpatient psychiatry, community crisis stabilization, emergency room and hospital consultative services, outpatient private practice,  partial care programming, TMS treatment intervention and substance use treatment programming. 
I am deeply committed to supporting individuals of all ages facing challenges with mental health such as mood disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD, psychotic disorders, and other chronic mental health conditions. My approach blends thorough psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and Medication Management with brief, supportive therapeutic intervention and psychoeducation. I believe in a collaborative, client centered model of care, that emphasizes partnership, shared decision making, and evidence base practices. Insurance Information

Clients are responsible for verifying their insurance coverage. Shore Counseling will bill accepted insurance carriers on your behalf. Please confirm the following with your insurance provider:
What are my mental health benefits?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
How many sessions are covered?
Do I have a deductible, and has it been met?
What is my co-payment or co-insurance?
Is a referral required from my PCP?

Self - Pay

Payment is due at the time of service.
A master receipt can be provided for clients with out-of-network benefits.
Clients are responsible for submitting their own claims if applicable.
